A Workshop Repair works in the same way as a site visit. The only difference is that you bring your printer to us, and in return we reduce the charge for the engineers' time.

All work carried out is thoroughly documented on the engineers report, a copy of which is left with the printer enabling you to build a service history for the printer.

All of our product and service are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer or printer cartridge failing due to product or services supplied by ourselves, our own engineers will conduct a priority visit to correct the failure at no cost to yourself.
